It explores policy gaps, political influences, and implementation barriers to support more effective, coordinated, and equitable health workforce strategies Australia and Asia Pacific.

Our goal is to make health workforce policy more accessible and transparent for policymakers, researchers, and the media. We are doing this by curating public policy documents from across jurisdictions and housing them in a searchable repository. By bringing these policies together in one place, we enable faster analysis of their scope and alignment, supporting better governance, planning, and reform.
